This sweet little brick Tudor style ADU was meant to appear as if it has always been a part of this East Sac secret garden and the 1929 home adjacent. The 2 story building replaced the original brick garage, and the roofing and brick was reclaimed for reuse on the building and in the yard respectively. The floor plan takes advantage of multiple gable roofs to integrate a studio with sofa and murphy bed, bathroom, kitchenette, storage room, full stair and home office / gym upstairs. A high vault and abundance of windows makes this tiny building feel quite roomy inside.
